Pete and Tee

Managing Director/Consultant

Peter D Yetton Llb Dip LP NP

With over 17 years as a Senior Solicitor and ex Assistant Director within the HE sector, specialising in immigration law, compliance recruitment and admissions, Peter brings extensive leadership experience within the Higher Education sector. His three decades in various proactive leadership roles across multiple disciplines equip him with valuable insights into the entire international student journey—from recruitment to graduation and beyond.

Peter believes that a positive student experience hinges on proactive risk management. By horizon scanning for potential challenges and leveraging a deep understanding of immigration law, current affairs, and geopolitical issues, he ensures that overseas students navigate their journey smoothly. He advocates reframing UKVI compliance risk management as a duty of care, essential for fostering sustainable business growth.

His broad knowledge of all visa routes, combined with insights into domestic and international industry challenges, allows Peter to be a key influencer in the Higher Education sector. He actively collaborates with focus groups and UKVI policy think tanks, playing a pivotal role in shaping initiatives that positively impact Higher and Further Education.

Tee Whitehall

Tee Whitehall is a professional, qualified Operations, Customer Services and Project Manager with 35 years experience in Sales and Service Industries, with the second half of her career in Higher Education where she lead and created bespoke Professional Support Services, developed systems and services in Online Learning, International Student Operations as well as working in both Vocational Training and in the implementation and delivery of Apprenticeships. Over a varied career Tee has spearheaded a national conceptual sales method for Granada Rentals and worked in the automotive industry as a Regional Manager. Moving on to Higher Education Tee joined Derby University where over 9 years she managed the Collaborative Provision, Project Managed the development and implementation of University of Derby Online. Created a bespoke one-stop shop service for international students and took part in 2 major audits. Following this working in the private higher education sector, Tee ran 3 UK campuses for an international creative media institute; while there she was tasked with the interior redesign of the campus building to make more student friendly as part of her role to improve the student experience and increase student recruitment. In 2015 Tee joined Pearson UK appointed as Head of Student Success within a new UK operation Online Programme Management she scoped the service offering for UK HE partners institutions, developed and implemented a service model that delivered personalised online student service worldwide.
